Ubuntu terminal server client - exit full screen
It took me a while to figure out how to exit full screen mode in terminal server client. The toggle keys are CTRL-ALT-ENTER.
The documentation on the sourceforge page for TSClient isn't the best.

Being new to Linux, I continue having trouble keeping track of Gnome, KDE, Ubuntu, etc (different things that don't even fall into the same category - oh well, I'll learn).

Thanks for that post, mate!
Just what I needed this morning! Helped me not to upset the workflow.
that doesn't seem to work for Ubuntu 710--the screen just flickers and does nothing else...hope I can find a solution
...I posted that last comment; CTRL+ALT+LEFT/RIGHT seems to work...I was about to give up!
I experience the same as the person with Ubuntu 710...In my case I am running 8.10 which briefly flickers to shows my unbuntu desktop but does not allow me to come out of my win2003 session running on KVM... I want to toggle fullscreen on all of my hosted VMs... Any ideas why CTRL+ALT+ENTER does not work
Daniel
I experienced the same problem that ctl-alt-enter would only flash the Ubuntu 8.10 Gnome desktop but it would always return to full screen. It seems that I must turn off visual effects and then ctl-alt-enter works as advertised.
Still saving the world with this 2-year old post ;-). Thanks!
That's hilarious. Man, feels like yesterday.
I recently started adding new posts to the blog... Didn't realize I had completely skipped 2008.
